GetReviewLoop Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the use of GetReviewLoop services and SMS communications sent on behalf of Participating Businesses.

By opting in via a Participating Business check-in form, you agree to receive text messages as described below.

1. Participating Business Messaging Structure

  • GetReviewLoop operates as a messaging platform provider.
  • Participating Businesses (such as Koala Grill) maintain independent SMS campaigns and use dedicated phone numbers.
  • Messages are sent only to customers who opt in to that specific business.
  • GetReviewLoop does not send marketing messages independently of Participating Businesses.

2. Consent & Opt-In Process

  • Customers opt in by scanning a QR code displayed at a Participating Business location, entering their phone number, checking an unchecked consent box, and submitting the form.
  • Consent language clearly identifies the specific Participating Business sending messages.
  • By opting in, you provide express written consent to receive SMS messages from the Participating Business.

3. Types of Messages

  • Messages may include visit confirmations, customer care follow-ups, feedback requests, and loyalty status notifications.
  • Message frequency varies, but typically does not exceed [X] messages per week. (Replace [X] with your actual frequency if possible.)

4. Message & Data Rates

  • Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

  • You may opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or STOPALL.
  • You will receive confirmation of your opt-out request and will no longer receive messages from that Participating Business unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

  • Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Data Sharing

  • All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Users agree not to misuse the service or violate applicable laws, including TCPA regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • GetReviewLoop and Participating Businesses are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from SMS delivery issues.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
