GetReviewLoop provides SMS-based customer engagement services to participating local businesses (“Participating Businesses”) through our platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you interact with Participating Businesses (such as Koala Grill) via our services.
1. Participating Business Structure
- GetReviewLoop provides messaging infrastructure on behalf of individual Participating Businesses.
- Each Participating Business uses a dedicated phone number and operates an independent SMS campaign.
- Messages are sent only to customers who have provided express written consent (opted in) to receive messages from that specific business.
- Customers receive messages only from the business they explicitly consented to.
- GetReviewLoop does not send unsolicited marketing messages on its own behalf.
2. Information We Collect
From Store Owners (Clients):
- Business name
- Contact information
- Billing details
- Account credentials
From Customers (End Users): When customers check in at a Participating Business (e.g., Koala Grill) by scanning a QR code and submitting the check-in form, we collect:
- Mobile phone number
- Name (if provided)
- Consent confirmation (checkbox agreement)
- Timestamp and store identifier
Automatically Collected Information:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Device type
3. How We Use Information
For Participating Businesses, we use collected information to:
- Confirm visit check-ins
- Send customer care messages
- Request feedback
- Deliver loyalty or service-related notifications
Messages are sent only after express written consent is provided.
4. SMS Data Protection & Sharing
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- We do not sell customer phone numbers.
- We use Twilio solely as a message transmission provider.
5. Opt-Out & User Control
- You may opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, STOPALL to unsubscribe.
- For assistance, reply HELP or INFO.
- Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that Participating Business unless you opt in again.
6. Data Retention
- Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
7. Security Measures
- We implement administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data.
8. Children’s Privacy
- Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
